How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the Head of HR and Global HR Business Partners on all matters of people development, e.g. succession planning, competence management,
- Support organizational changes by managing big volumes of data and liaise with key stakeholders and interfaces in the business units
- Support reporting and data analysis
- Contribute to HR concepts, workshops, etc.
- Prepare presentations and manage calendar, travel expense etc.
What You Bring
- Current studies in economics or psychology with focus on Human Resources (HR), preferably in an advanced semester
- Gained first experience in an HR environment.
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills and like to conceptualize ideas
- Initial experience in project management is desirable
- Fluent in English and willing to work in a global, flexible team with focus on topics and not hierarchies.
- Self-starter with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills.
- Willing to work about 20 hours a week
