WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a strong candidate to join BCG's Automotive & Mobility Knowledge Team. You will have the chance to work closely with our experts on a day-to-day basis and you will get the chance to take responsibility for driving your own ideas covering a specific product area.You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Driving knowledge management tasks
- Maintaining and updating the internal knowledge base
- Preparing overviews on internal experts and their skills
- Internally publishing and distributing research findings
- Supporting our Knowledge and Consulting Team in a variety of Automotive & Mobility research topics and analyses
- Becoming an integral part of our competence center teams “Digital in Automotive” and “Mobility Innovation” to support in day-to-day business and strategic projects
- Developing topics and products around new mobility solutions and digitalization together with experienced BCGers based on your specific capabilities
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Ongoing bachelor's or master's studies with high academic achievements
- Interest in/passion for the automotive sector and mobility topics (automotive experience is a plus)
- Ability to quickly get into new and complex topics
- Strong attention to detail and high learning agility
- Persistence to drive long-running projects
- Capable to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Creative, yet structured problem solver
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities; advanced capabilities are a plus (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Strong interpersonal skills, i.e. credibility, reliability, and service mentality
