Ihre Aufgaben
- Execute Project Management activities for strategic growth related projects within our Business Unit Moulded Glass (MG)
- Plan, steer and conclude projects within a matrix organization, involving different stakeholders from New Business Development, Sales, Product Development, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.
- Support global corporate strategic transformation projects incl. leadership of individual sub-projects
- Report success-oriented progress to Business Unit Management, based on Milestones- and KPI-driven Project Plans
- Align market requirements/insights (from customers, competitors, authorities, stakeholders) with Gerresheimer MG product offerings and solutions and initiate new business projects
- Serve as subject matter expert towards customers and partners, as well as towards KAM, Sales, Quality, etc.
- Live and promote project-related exchange with entire Gerresheimer organization as well as external stakeholders along the value chain worldwide
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Bachelor (or Master) degree in Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with business management, or comparable
- Experienced background of minimum 5 years in Pharma and Primary Packaging (B2B industry)
- In-depth know-how and industry experience in regulated pharmaceutical market, ideally pharmaceutical packaging for parenteral applications
- Knowledgeable regarding Pharma/Food&Beverage standards for packaging, such as e.g. ISO 15378, 21 CFR 820.30, ISO 14971, ISO 22000, ISO TS 22002, etc.
- PMP®-Certification would be advantageous
- Business fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated problem-solving skillset with positive authority attitude in a matrix organization
- Deep understanding of technical analysis methodologies, customer-service and solution finding
- Strong communication and motivation skills as well as fun working in a multifunctional and international team
- Openness for regular travel mainly in Europe
