We are looking for you to support us from April 1st, 2022 in our Head Office in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
Your tasks:
- As a Trainee Process and Optimization you will get the chance to create, develop and optimize Air Freight processes on a strategic and operational level
- You will manage streams of our operating model management and work with the regional and local teams by preparing and implementing the model
- Following great performance, you will support and/or lead the development and maintenance of a central knowledge repository for management and distribution of information as required by the Global Air Freight
- It is within your responsibility to track and monitor the progress, with and to the project team members and (senior) stakeholders
- You will support and/or lead the change management communication related to the Air Operating Model and other OPEX initiatives
- Several (inter-)national deployments during the trainee program will give you the opportunity to get insights into our processes from different perspectives
Your profile:
- University degree in business management, logistics engineering or related discipline pertinent to the job function with relevant working experience in a large, complex organization
- Knowledge & experience in 3PL (thrid-party logistics) & Transportation industry and activities
- Beneficial will be knowledge in the area of lean management, process mapping, Six Sigma or OPEX
- Proficient knowledge of English, a further language is an advantage
- Excellent social competence & interpersonal skills to manage & successfully communicate in intercultural environments
- Ability to develop, build and model business concepts and cases
- Excellent analytical and methodical skills accompanied with strategic thinking
- Self-starter with a positive can-do attitude to overcome problems effectively and ability to work without supervision
