Your mission:
- Lead our growing team of 5+ admission specialists & assistants
- Coach your team to permanently improve our sales activities and customer service
- Develop further sales channels in close collaboration with the Team Lead Marketing to attract new customers
- Drive our CRM automation strategy and permanently improve our lead to deal conversion rate
- Build up and optimize your team’s administrative workflows
- Continuously track the success of our sales efforts and create reports for the team and management
- Contribute to our overall company strategy as part of our leadership team
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to work on cross-departmental projects (e.g. B2B opportunities, tooling, workflow optimization)
Your strengths
We are looking for a bright, self-motivated and enthusiastic Team Lead to lead and inspire our Admission Team. If you love the customer-first approach and enjoy being an ambassador for your team and our product, we want you on our team!
Your skills:
- You are a data-driven and empathic sales manager with experience in leading a diverse and international team (remote leadership is a plus)
- You are a true team player and take a positive, structured and solution-oriented approach to getting things done
- You have a strong technical mindset and experience in CRM workflow automation and optimization, preferably Hubspot
- You are a quick thinker and stay on top of things even when they get busy
- Willingness to learn, grow and collaborate with your team and our company as a whole
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- General availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CET
- Residency in Germany, Austria or Spain and EU work permit
