Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain for Lens activity - DACH region , you will be responsible of ensuring the flow of goods (to/from customers) in accordance with orders and repair-services while maintaining data quality in the enabling IT systems by following existing processes in order to achieve efficiency and reduce waste (high dependence with other down-stream departments & interfaces).
Key role accountabilities:
· Physical management of stock incl. picking, packing and shipping;
· Placing replenishment orders for consumables, spare parts and instruments, ensure the correct order integration and alert in case of supplier backorders, managing of Express shipments;
· Implementation and monitoring of daily/weekly/monthly KPIs such as inventory level, healthy stock, service rate and taking appropriate actions to if needed;
· Managing the rollout of new products and phase out of old products while aligning with Finance to ensure an appropriate obsolescence management;
· Participation and leading Operation projects for the Instruments division;
· Point of contact for European Supply Chain team in terms of replenishment, order follow-up and Drop shipments;
· Alignment with technicians and sales representatives on delivery dates, car inventories and urgent requests;
· Preparation, conduction and analysis of all activities related to the yearly inventory;
· Setup and licensing of products and their specifications in the systems (Navision; incl. conditions and pricing);
· Managing the loaner devices process to serve our customers in case of issues and follow-up of a continuous improvement of the local loaner stock;
· Management of all supply chain related activities for trade and fair events.

· OTIF (OnTimeInFull) in % from suppliers;
Profile requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, a first experience as a Supply Chain Specialist is a plus;
· Good knowledge of MC office and ERP systems, passionate for logistics, understanding of importance of the position for the value creation chain;
· Fluent English;
· Assertiveness; open-minded for change, interested in troubleshooting, good in written and oral communication skills, service-orientation and data driven.
