Our attention is to focus on detail, be effective and efficient in delivering our services to our customers.The company is now looking to appoint a Service Project Manager (all genders).Based on business growth and the need for effective project delivery, the Service Project Manager will be responsible for supporting, improving and managing Mining service projects in an international environment.This role will be a key function and close link between Service Sales, Service Operations and customer needs.Tomra is looking for a motivated and driven individual with strong interest to learn from colleagues to grow into this function. Role and Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include:Completely comfortable in a customer facing role.Planning and management of sorting equipment retrofits and upgrades.Coordination of pending activities in the final part of commissioning combined with TOMRA customer Project Management (CPM), prior to hand over to After-Sales.Understand customer plant operations, requirements and needs. Manage customer expectations.Coordination of service activities in assigned areas (mainly Europe / ME).Work also includes Service Sales tasks like developing customer specific service level agreements, spare part packages & other service offerings.Handling of various other service projects between different teams (Service Sales, Tech Support, Service Management)Interest in international travel – approx. 60 days/year.Act positively, be customer oriented and maintain customer relations.Managing workloads within appropriate timelines by making use of available tools and resources.Demonstrating appropriate level of initiative by thinking outside the box and providing suggestions for project implementationAlways taking appropriate levels of ownership for tasks and deliverySocially outgoing and contributing to a positive work culture Candidate profile Excellent planning & communication skills necessary in native language, but also to deal effectively with customers in the English language and preferably other language skills2+ years of work experience in industrial equipment support & coordination and/or project management role.Ability to read technical drawings and basic understanding of electrical schematicsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, internal and external associates and management.Maintain customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction.Always behaving in a professional and ethical manner and reflecting the TOMRA values Interested?
