In your new role you will:
- Be part of a highly motivated team fostering the business for Automotive power module solutions
- Define next generation of our Automotive CoolSiCTM and Si based module solutions for inverter applications based on the product roadmap
- Together with internal and external partners, drive inverter system optimization like optimizing complementary components (thermal stack, DC-Link capacitor) and integration concepts
- Drive and support design ins from the technical side towards business at our direct customers in close collaboration with product marketing
- Capture product requirements based on application trends and customer feedback for SiC and Si based inverter applications
- Actively contribute to the product roadmap within the product definition team and in close collaboration with the marketing team
- Create product related collaterals like application notes, whitepapers and training material to support the technical promotion of our next Generation Automotive CoolSiCTM and Si products
Your Profile
You work thoroughly on making things better, faster and more efficient and remain focused on solutions. You are able to break down complex information into understandable pieces and as a true team player you work perseveringly together with your colleagues on developing ideas to their full implementation and application.You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar studies
- At least 6 years of professional experience in power electronics or manufacturing of power electronics components
- Deep knowledge and technical experience in electrical and inverter related designs
- Proven experience in leading and structuring complex technical discussions in cross-functional Teams and at customers
- The willingness to travel
- Excellent English and ideally German communication and presentation skills
