Ihre Aufgaben
Senior Global Mobility Manager with a broad, multi-faceted skillset dedicated to delivering results for our stakeholders while upholding our values and culture
- the first point of contact for the HR departments and, if applicable, management teams of the various business units of the Axel Springer Group with regard to all fundamental questions relevant to secondment
- act as a comprehensive advisor and sparring partner for all business units and internal interfaces (tax, legal and payroll departments) on the subject of global mobility and act as a point of contact for external consultants and providers.
- coordinate and moderate the exchange of knowledge and best practices between the global mobility experts and/or the respective managers of the individual business units.
- you are responsible for the continuous development of policies and processes
Ihre Qualifikationen
ambitious team player with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, you enjoy tackling the challenges and building something from scratch in a fast-paced environment
- completed studies in business administration or law or similar with a focus on human resources or global mobility or a comparable qualification
- at least 5+ years of professional experience in the field of Global Mobility of internationally operating companies or in an international consulting environment
- experience in the strategic and operational management of providers and projects
- excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to explain complex policies, processes and issues in a simple way to various stakeholders
- Very good MS Office skills
- Excellent skills in English and German – both written and spoken, additional languages, such as French, would be great
- Conceptual skills as well as self-reliance
- High level of communication and teamwork skills, intercultural sensitivity, flexibility and commitment
