YOUR MISSION
- Manage the monthly Global Planning System (GPS), incl. presentation to top-management and lead 5 employees in DACH
- Lead the Demand Review (x-functional alignment for the next 18-months rolling forecast) within the monthly Integrated Business Plan
- Deliver accurate short-/mid- and long-term forecasts for key customers, brands and innovations
- Optimize the existing GPS process & tools, as well as crisis/shortage management
- Understand business and demand levers leading the S&OP process to manage ad-hoc requests and drive actions
- Closely cooperate with the other departments (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance) for strategic projects and supply chain interaction
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- University degree in engineering, business administration, logistics or in a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, preferably in chilled industry
- Strong ownership, project management and high level of self-motivation
- Excellent analytical skills as well as ability to simplify complex content for stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent language skills in English, German is a plus
