Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Dich als Senior Bid Manager International Rail Operations für die DB International Operations GmbH am Standort Berlin.
Deine Aufgaben:
- You will proactively lead the bid process and bid team for international rail operations and maintenance projects (esp. re: time, quality, internal & external personnel resources, budget and governance)
- You will be responsible for the bid project incl. bid strategy, proposal, meetings, deliverables, deadlines, PMO standards, tools & IT
- You will be responsible for the compliance and quality of tender documents/proposal
- You will manage input from various workstreams and other participants inside and outside the company throughout the bid development process and will ensure the quality of this work
- You will be responsible for the external interface management towards project partners, stakeholders and client
- You will prepare strategic Management Board decisions as part of the quality gate process
- You will analyze success factors, prepare presentations and participate in further developing bid management tools and other aids as part of best-practice and will ensure implementation
Dein Profil:
- You have completed a degree in business/transport administration or similar (Master’s/Diploma)
- You have at least 5 years professional experience in project and/or tender management in the area of rail operations and maintenance
- You are able to digest and synthetize large volumes of information in relatively short time periods
- You have the drive to produce quality proposals under pressure and within demanding deadlines
- You have strong leadership, organization, analytical and motivational skills
- You have strong communication skills both oral and written and are able to communicate effectively with all levels of management within the company and with potential clients, suppliers, subcontractors and partners
- You possess intercultural competence and ideally international experience
- Excellent spoken and written English is required, German is desirable
