Our Petrochemical Team is looking for a new colleague as of the next possible date:
Sales Manager (m/f/d)Your tasks:
- International sales and marketing of various commodity/industrial petrochemical materials used for various industries
- Contact person for sales topics of our existing customers globally and at the same time you participate in the development of new customers and markets
- Enhance customer relationship marketing to key accounts within assigned territory
- Prepare presentations, offers, and negotiate with customers
- Supervise delivery and stock operations to ensure availability of sufficient sales volume
- Credit line managements for accounts as well as support Backoffice for payment collection, if necessary
- Acquire key information (sales forecasts, material needs, market trends, and competitor information) from customers and share within the team to strengthen company position and create synergy effects
- New business development concerning circular economy in a field of plastics, including biomass, recycling, and bio-degradable materials
- Communicate with supplier and understand technical aspects of new products
- Properly understand with existing and new customers to extract their issue and provide/create our solutions
- Research new start-ups/techs, trends in the industry, and report internally
- Follow up with such start-ups/techs and promote toward our potential cooperation/investment to them, with deep understandings of IVICT & HQ assets, strategy and motivations
Your profile:
- Very high commitment for the achievement to develop the business
- Active networking person and high accountability to improve the market presence
- Proactivity in investigating the market data, estimating the business opportunity, taking the action
- 2-3 years’ experience in B2B Sales preferably in the chemical, plastics, or packaging sector
- You ideally have some experience in international sales or marketing
- You always work goal-oriented and independently to achieve your goals and you want to offer the best possible service to the customers
- Business fluent English is a matter of course in our international company
- A high level of commitment and willingness to travel as well as a hands-on mentality characterize you
- You have a confident and engaging manner in an international environment
- You are characterized by your own initiative and conceptual approach
