We manage all the logistics operations for foodpanda to keep their customers happy, whether that’s by bringing them coffee to kick start their morning or a döner kebab as a Friday night treat.

We're currently looking for a Rider Recruiter (f/m/d) to join our pandalogistics Germany team
What's on the menu for you:
- You are responsible for achieving country rider recruiting goals
- You coordinate the application process for our rider fleet in Germany with the help of a number of rider recruitment tools
- You support all the way from the screening of application documents to creating contracts all the way to the time a rider starts his/her first shift
- You plan and structure the onboarding process of our applicants
- As an important point of contact, you are attentive to the communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Process optimization is your topic. You identify potential for improvement and always aim higher.
What you can bring to the table:
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience in a high volume recruiting position, with experience working with hiring managers and candidates at a fast pace
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team
- You are comfortable and have the ability to achieve goals in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
