Become a
Media manager and help us create the future of media
- in this demanding 18-month program, which is under the auspices and high visibility of the Executive Board, you can learn about all the challenges facing a digital publisher amid the digital disruption of the media sector and help us to overcome them
- you will actively shape the course of the program and work in individually coordinated stages on central tasks and projects for the Axel Springer family
- you will serve as a digital, international and innovative driver and creative thinker to help us shape the future of media
Strategic allrounder that wants to make an impact in our organization
- you have had 3 to 4 years of professional experience, e.g. you have worked in the business development department of a media company or a digital start-up, or you have worked in a management consultancy or a large law firm
- you have successfully completed your Master's/MBA studies or passed the state law examination with flying colors
- you are passionate about media, digital business models and everything to do with any kind of high-quality content, including its distribution and marketing; you combine this with sound commercial know-how
- you have charisma, communicate clearly and are able to present confidently
- you not only think about things thoroughly, but above all also laterally and creatively. In doing so, you know what the project requires and deliver the necessary results
- with your knack for constructive solutions, you demonstrate negotiating skills and persuasiveness
- you speak fluent English and have broadened your horizons with trips abroad and would also be prepared to travel abroad in the future
