What You Will Do
- Provide Tier 2 financial functional support to internal customers like researching, troubleshooting and resolving a queue of Workday Financial issues, prioritizing resolution based on severity and impact
- Conduct global Workday Administration activities (e.g. set up and maintain core system data as needed)
- Deliver enhancements and process improvements as agreed upon with the Workday Implementation team
- Collaborate with the Workday Implementation team to deliver, test, document and train on critical process and system modifications
- Gain expertise in the Workday Financial product and maintain knowledge of new functionality and compliance changes
- Collaborate with Workday consultants on solutions when needed
What You Bring
- University degree in a relevant field, or a comparable qualification
- 3+ years of demonstrated ability in supporting or implementing a finance & controlling system (ideally Workday) in a multinational working environment
- Confident with financial terminology and business processes as demonstrated with prior accounting or controlling responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to learn new complex software
- Distinct stakeholder-approach, coupled with a high sensitivity for different mentalities and practices in an international business environment
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with Workday Financial Management is a big plus
- Familiarity with system support ticketing systems is a plus
