  • By further developing reflection formats, you ensure sustainability throughout the group.
  • You conduct reflection formats, e.g., Gemba Walks, Go & See or feedback forums, at all RWE companies worldwide.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your university studies in Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar.
  • You have several years of experience in lean/change management, ideally in an international corporate environment.

  • You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
  • You enjoy establishing long-standing customer relationships.
  • You are used to work in an intercultural environment; international experience is an advantage.
  • You are able to develop results independently and confidently present them in an addressee-oriented manner.

Advantageous, but not a must

  • Existing network in the area of lean and change management (outward orientation)
  • First experience as project lead
